​SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE in the USA for all items.  Most parts will ship USPS Ground Advantage (First Class) for free,  If you require expedited, overnight, FedEx or UPS shipping, please see the Expedited Shipping Section below for options.

​SAME DAY SHIPPING - We ship daily including Saturdays with very rare exceptions.

​

​You must order by our daily deadline for same day shipping.                                                                                                                                                   Deadlines for same day shipping:

• MOST DAYS 2:00pm Eastern Time 

• SOME DAYS - usually Tuesdays & Thursdays  8:00am Eastern Time  (not every Tuesday & Thursday, you can call to check)

• Saturdays:  8:00am Eastern Time

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you need expedited shipping, you may add one of the following options to your cart (click on links for details and pricing).  If your item is too large for one of the padded flat rate envelopes, please contact us for other options.

• USPS Priority Mail Express Padded Envelope  - 1 to 2 days guaranteed by USPS (Except AK and Hawaii may be 3 days and AK and Hawaii are not guaranteed).  

• USPS Priority Mail Padded Envelope - should reduce the delivery time 1 to 2 days from Ground Advantage time.  Not guaranteed.  

• FedEx Pak Padded Envelope - should arrive in 2 business days.  Not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipments will receive an invoice for shipping after the purchase is made.  Order will ship upon payment for shipping.  You may also contact us prior to ordering for a quote on international shipping.  If you use the contact form, please include the shipping address and which parts you will be ordering.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  Returns are NOT accepted for International Buyers.  We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.  We please advise you to "Buy at your own risk" when purchasing internationally as the package is out of our control once it leaves the United States.  You may incur additional expenses and or fees charged by your country for this item.  The price that you have paid us for shipping only covers shipping the item to you, it does not cover additional fees (import, taxes, etc.) that may be required and collected by your country.

LOCAL PICKUP         If you prefer LOCAL PICKUP, please contact us PRIOR to ordering.

OTHER

We only charge sales tax for NC purchases.

We have an extensive inventory of Monitor Heater and Laser Heater Parts. We have both new and used parts.

If you do not find the part you are looking for, please contact us for assistance and we will list it for you.

Please review the listing details to be sure that you are ordering the correct part for your heater.

RETURNS:  Returns allowed within 30 days of purchase, buyer pays return shipping. Some items are non-returnable and this is noted in the listing details. Electronic items are non-returnable.  A 10% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover fees incurred (shipping and payment processing fees).              Returned parts must be in original sealed packaging and in the original box, unused.  

CANCELLATIONS:  If you order and need to cancel the order for any reason, there is a 5% fee on the refunded amount to cover the payment processing fees that we are charged.  Please contact us with any questions prior to ordering.  

 

Please be sure that the shipping address is correct before you place your order.  We cannot ship to any address except the one given on the order.  If the shipping address is incorrect, the order will have to be cancelled and you will have to re-order with the correct shipping address.  The cancellation fee will apply.
